Welcome to FAIR School Crystal! We see The FAIR School as a beacon of 21st century learning, grounded in equity, and defined by arts and academic excellence, where all students achieve through the integration of the arts, technology, cultural understanding and active, committed community partners. Our approach to education fosters critical, creative and analytical thinking skills through inquiry and interdisciplinary instruction. Our curriculum and instruction centers on interdisciplinary education, which allows teachers and students to integrate skills and concepts around those disciplines.

Zoraba Ross has been the Principal at FAIR School Crystal for the past three years. He also served as the Arts Coordinator for the Robbinsdale Area Schools District for two years. Previously, Principal Ross has served as a school administrator for 13 years in Ohio, 5 years as an Assistant Executive Director at a non-profit arts organization, 5 years as an administrator for city government and 5 years as a teacher.
